Rukiyara, commonly called Rukiya or Ruk, is a member of The King's Charge serving as The Water—keeper of flesh and master of regenerative jaurojira. An aloof figure in Anza Veil, she is the one who saved Tayunzaro's life when he was lost in Okrath, an act that led directly to her selection for the sacred hunt.
